News on Minecraft Updates
As you might already know Minecraft will be releasing the Caves & Cliffs update in Summer 2021, they will be adding a new type of dangerous mob named the Warden it is blind and will go to snow balls if you throw it and can two shot you in full Netherite armor. But a sad part about the Warden is that it does not drop anything upon death, at lease that's what they're saying. They will also be adding stalagmites and stalactites, they can one shot you if you walk on them. They also will be putting mountain goats that will ram you off a cliff, like wolves will attack you if you attack them. You can, in the new update fall through deep snow and suffocate. And you can now breed shulker boxes to now if a shulker boxes little floating attack hits another shulker box they will start to breed. Caves and Cliffs update will include new items like lightning rods, which are made from copper, and telescopes are also being made (exciting!), which are made using the new crystals and 2 copper. Minecraft is making it easier than ever before to carry around lots of the same item by allowing players to "bundle" them together, you can hold different stackable items in it but you can hold 64 items in the bundle in all. This should be a great quality-of-life improvement that just makes Minecraft less annoying and more accessible for players. New cave mobs. At least two new mobs will be added to caves with the Warden: a powerful hostile mob that reacts to movement rather than sight, and the Axolotl, an adorable passive creature that dwells in underground water sources and can actually aid you in battle. The Caves and Cliffs update will add at least two new "ores" — copper is as rare as iron and if you leave a copper block, slab, stair, ect and place it down and leave it there it will start to turn green, and if you want it not to go to the max amount of greenness you put honey comes on it and crystal geodes crystal geodes have 4 different things in them and they all play a nice sound when you touch them and both being added to the game! Copper ore should be relatively common, but crystal geodes will be rare, beautiful, and useful for new advanced items. Caves are about to look and feel much more diverse, with all new generations and terrain available to them. This includes narrow tunnels, underground lakes, massive caverns, even waterfalls. There will also be different kinds of caves with lush caves, dripstone caves, and more. Of course, I expect mountains will get more than a light treatment in Caves and Cliffs, and there undoubtedly will be much more to come from Mojang Studios that will be exiting and dangerous. Halo News
There exists a group of gamers who like to subject themselves to torture and torment. These masochists look for a more challenging and traumatic experience than the standard Halo run-through offers. These players engage in something called a LASO (Legendary All Skulls On) run that turns any title in the Halo: Master Chief Collection series into dangerous ground of sticky grenades and broken psyches.
Not many people have gotten the achievement, and even fewer have gotten it legitimately. However, if you’re looking to become one of these hallowed few, there are a few tips and tricks you should know before diving in headfirst. The first tip seems like it should be common sense, but surprisingly it should be said. In order to get the achievement, you cannot just turn on all skulls in Legendary Mode. There’s a pre-made LASO playlist that exists specifically for the nameplate and achievement, so be sure to select it when starting your LASO run-through.
The second tip is something that the standard player might not think of: put a sticker or piece of masking tape on your screen to use as a reticle. Your screen will be completely devoid of any indication of where you’re aiming or what weapon you’re using, so you’ll also want to be sure to check your shadows when you first spawn in to see what weapons you’re using.
The third tip is to take it slow–very, very slow. Each death will reset you back to the most recent checkpoint, and you’ll be dying often. In order to get through the game in one piece and of sound mind, be sure to check your corners and try not to spend too much time out in the open. If you need to, take a break from the game! Eat a snack and do some breathing exercises. It’s going to be a very frustrating experience, and you’ll want to be in a good place when going through this run. Another tip to keep in mind is to watch for grenades. Grunts will be throwing sticky grenades at every opportunity, and one stick will kill you or your friends instantly. On the flip side of the coin, your grenades will be useless. Oftentimes they’ll fail to kill even grunts, but they can be somewhat useful.
Finally, playing with a friend or friends can make the game much, much easier, as long as you all know what you’re doing. A larger team means enemies and levels are easier to clear, but it also means that your group will have more opportunities to die.
If you wish to start your very own LASO run, be sure to look up specific guides for each level in the different games in order to truly optimize your experience.
